The Chief Administrative Officer shall have such general control and management of the administration of the government and affairs of the City and shall perform such duties as Council by by-law prescribes.
The land, owned by and located in the City of Hamilton, described as Reserve Blocks 268 and 269 on Plan 62M-1257, is established as a public highway, forming part of Cuesta Heights.
