Downtown Dental Clinic
The Public Health Services Dental Clinic provides free dental care for Hamilton residents who have a low income, do not have dental insurance and also those enrolled in the Healthy Smiles Ontario Program or the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program.
The clinic provides free dental services such as dental exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions or removal of teeth, and cleanings.
If you have been approved by the Special Supports Program for dental services, you cannot access care at the Public Health Dental Clinic.

Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 12 noon and 1 to 4:30 pm

How to Access
Access for Children
If your child is enrolled in HSO (Healthy Smiles Ontario Program), they can be seen in the clinic. Call 905-546-2424 ext.3789 to book an appointment
If your child is NOT enrolled in HSO and you have a low income, call the above number to book a dental screening.
Access for Seniors
If you are a senior enrolled in the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP), you can be seen in the clinic.
If you are an eligible senior not already enrolled in OSDCP, call 905-546-2424 ext. 3789 to book an appointment or get more information.
Access for Adults
Adults must fill out a Public Health Services Dental Clinic Application Form to receive dental care.
